By accessing or using smile, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features such as writing reviews and building supplement stacks, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews and other content ("User Content") to smile. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.

By submitting User Content, you grant smile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Prohibited content includes:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Hateful, abusive, harassing, or threatening content
• Spam, advertising, or promotional material not authorized by smile

4. Affiliate Links Disclosure

smile contains affiliate links to third-party retailers such as Amazon, iHerb, and other supplement providers. When you make a purchase through these links, smile may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This affiliate relationship does not influence our evidence grades, rankings, or editorial content in any way. Our supplement evaluations are based solely on published scientific research.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on smile, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, evidence grades, and software, is the property of smile or its content suppliers and is protected by Austrian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

smile is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law, smile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any health decisions made based on information found on our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
